Ali Storee Refund & Returns Policy

At Ali Storee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund and return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note: Some products may have specific return conditions (e.g., electronics must not be opened or activated).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Downloadable products or eBooks

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide instructions for shipping the return.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (size, color, or different product):

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage or fault.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
